About Us

Onward!

Onward was created by Colleen Fossett and Natalie Matthias. 

Colleen brings 13 years of experience as the Executive Director of the Mullica Hill Women's Triathlon Club (MHWTC). More than 3000 women joined MHWTC over the years, many of whom completed a triathlon. Triathlon will always hold a place in her heart. After covid, new events were created and the club expanded to include multiple sports sprinkled with many opportunities to socialize. Colleen loves the mountains, the beach, classic rock, cold beer, Bruce Springsteen and hot summer nights. Not necessarily in that order:)

Natalie brings over a decade of event planning with the Swedesboro Woolwich Parks and Recreation Department and the Mullica Hill Women's Triathlon Club. Natalie has been a leader in her community for close to 20 years. She has  traveled extensively and as a registered travel designer she is always looking for the best travel deal to share with friends and family. Natalie has many interests in addition to travel, including history, theater, and live music.

Together, Colleen and Natalie want to share their enthusiasm for getting outside, sharing adventures and moving ONWARD. We hope you can join us.
